Shared versions and codes
We define stable identifiers for chapters, cost codes and changes. An import must show source, date and version, and never replace information without a visible check.
Keep bid, changed, completed and valued work connected.
Presto, TCQ or CYPE may hold technical detail while the ERP manages contracts and invoicing. The aim is not to duplicate everything, but to define what is exchanged and which version applies.

The review process
Site and production teams prepare the measurement; client team reviews it; administration invoices when appropriate. The system retains comments, adjustments and supporting documents.
Revenue forecast with context
Connecting completion, valuation and payment helps forecast cash flow and margin, while exposing completed work awaiting approval or invoicing.
