From ERP to dashboards, automation and assistants.

ERP contains essential information, but not always the full project forecast. Before creating a metric or assistant, sources, definitions, cut-off date and minimum quality are agreed.

THE CONTEXT

Layers with different responsibilities

01

ERP and applications as operational sources

02

Shared data model and definitions

03

BI, automation and AI as consumers

01

Define each metric

Margin, production, commitments or pending valuation include formula, date, owner and a route back to source.

02

Separate reading and writing

A dashboard reads; automation may update. Writing requires additional validation, permissions and change logging.

03

Monitor operation

We monitor loads, errors, refresh times and API changes. A stale report must say so visibly.
