Home /EVERYDAY SITUATIONS

The day-to-day connection between site, office and management.

Not everyone needs the same screen or works at the same moment. The system must respect the pace of site work, give the office traceability and provide management with context.

THE CONTEXT

The same information changes hands

01

A delivery is photographed on site and later matched to an order, supplier and cost code.

02

A drawing revision must reach the right subcontractor and be identified in the issue record.

03

A change affects budget, procurement, programme, valuation and forecast.

04

Management needs the summary and a route back to the document that explains it.

01

On site: capture only what matters

Mobile devices, uneven connectivity and limited time call for short forms. Site teams should capture progress, receipt, issue or approval without recreating context later.

02

In the office: validate, complete and connect

Administration and procurement need stable references, statuses and visible exceptions. Not everything should enter the ERP automatically: a doubtful delivery note or invoice without an order needs an owned review queue.

03

For management: interpret and decide

An indicator should show its cut-off date, source and rule. Forecast margin, outstanding procurement or unpaid valuations are only useful when their scope and missing information are clear.
